This allows to compile FDPS using MPI when using cmake for the build system. You can run
cmake -D FDPS_USE_MPI=ON .
to activate it, then recompile, and then run withmpirun -np 2 ./sph.out
. Miki and Tyler: I saw a crash with one of the models I have here, but I do not know if it is related to MPI or my model setup, you will have to check if this works for your models.@NatsukiHosono: I was not sure if hybrid parallelization using OpenMP and MPI works at the moment. That is why I made it an exclusive choice, either OpenMP, or MPI. Do you know more if both work together?
